Our partner ARISTA EXECUTIVE SEARCH client is an international leader in the Baltic region whose main field of activity is wholesale and retail trade. The company is looking for a new team member who will fulfill the most important position in Latvia.



Your main responsibility will be the organization of the unit; active participation in the organization of wholesale trade; execution of sales; supervision and control of retail trade; execution of budget; analysis of unit performance indicators and initiation of necessary changes as well as team management, motivation and formation.

You are a suitable candidate, if You have:

  • Academic degree;
  • Experience of active B2B sales with technical products;
  • Experience in an unit and team management;
  • Proven successful sales experience;
  • Experience in a company’s management will be considered as advantage;
  • Knowledge of the wholesale and retail channel sales process;
  • Latvian at fluent level, English at very good level, Russian at good level;
  • B category’s driving license;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Ambitions, energy, motivation and willingness to work!
